In October 2018, the government asked the Commission to assess what changes might be necessary to the existing regulatory framework to facilitate future investment needs in infrastructure focusing on energy, telecoms and water.

The Commission invited responses to some or all of the following questions set out in this call for evidence; the closing date for submissions has now passed.
