The annual Civil Service People Survey looks at civil servants’ attitudes to, and experience of working in government departments.
This document shows the results of responses given by Commission staff in the 2019 survey. 96 per cent of Commission staff completed the survey, and an action plan to build upon the positive results and address areas for additional focus has been developed by the Commission’s Senior Management Team.
